Two brothers, one well-rounded idea: Meatballs. 
Excited by the booming food truck scene in Wellington, their vision is to combine the speed and convenience of street food with the attitude of a casual diner. They pride themselves on great customer experience, honest handmade food and never taking themselves too seriously.
The design challenge was to visually showcase that attitude, in a bold, simplistic brand that lures customers to the stall for the two boys too then complete the sale with their fun, in your face chat. 
The bold, simplistic identity has a retro/instant classic feel to it, with an icon created for merchandise and use as an alternative to the rectangular shaped logo. Quirky informal illustrations were created to represent the relaxed attitude of the two brothers personalities, but not to distract the customer from what they do best – getting balls deep and selling meatballs.
